The plan for a shooting club was born in 2000, and
although several plans and ideas were put forward, non
satisfied the requirements, until, in November 2002
 The Shooting Academy
was retained and the project was re-vitalized with the first
constructive meeting being held at the Officers Club in
Abu Dhabi.

Mike Davey presents his company to the committee, explaining the different disciplines, how each game is played and scored and how much land is required for each.
All requirements for safety and sound considerations are covered.
The CLUB will be designed to Olympic Standards to enable International teams to visit and train on
top quality equipment and facilities.
